I am the assistant superintendent of Mission Public School District, with approximately 6100 students in 13 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 1 secondary, an alternative school, and a trades college.  My responsibilities include curriculum and assessment, professional development, early learning, school safety (threat assessments and behaviour), school enrolment, staffing, and administrator growth plans.

I am also an EdD candidate in Educational Practice at Simon Fraser University.  My areas of interest are systems and leadership that leads to holism in education.  My research is influenced by Indigenous worldviews and contemplative practices.
